Overview:
A New Zealand client operates a family business that uses drones for fishing, but the efficiency of the process is low and time-consuming. Therefore, they wanted to add a motor kit to their product to increase efficiency. However, they faced difficulties finding a suitable motor kit supplier, either due to unsuitable products or rejected requests. Eventually, they found SuringMax and after three months of detailed communication and sample testing, they chose us as their supplier.
Challenge:
During the product discussion, the client tested the motor samples we provided and gave the following requirements: redesign the appearance of the motor, remove complicated instrument operations, retain only basic line collection, anti-winding and uniform speed functions, and control the size of the product within a certain range, so that it can fit into their self-designed multifunctional box. This was a huge challenge, but after our engineers' lengthy discussions, research and experiments, we finally overcame the size requirements and the motor kit was perfectly placed into the multifunctional fishing box.
